The delivery fee varies depending on the weight and size of the parcel, which is automatically calculated by the system on the checkout page. Delivery to the parcel point is free of charge for orders over 10.000 HUF.
Products in stock will be delivered to the courier service (GLS or MPL) within 1-3 working days after the order is placed. The courier service will notify you of the exact time of delivery and you can track the package with the tracking number we provide.
Yes, it is possible to pick up the products in person at our Nyíregyháza location, which is completely free of charge. Please contact us by phone to arrange a pick-up time to ensure that your parcel is waiting for you.
Once we have delivered your parcel to the courier, we will email you a tracking number. By clicking on this link, you can see exactly where your order is on the courier service’s website.
