We offer a 1-3 year full warranty on our products and up to 5 years on our premium models. We believe in long-lasting quality, so we include the exact warranty period on the data sheet of every product.
14 Day Withdrawal Right
If you change your mind, you can return the product within 14 days of purchase without giving a reason and we will refund the price.

Return and Resolution
Please return the product to our Nyíregyháza location. The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once the package is received and we have checked the defect, we will repair or replace the product free of charge. We will of course pay the shipping costs of the repaired or new product.

The warranty covers defects in workmanship or materials that occur under normal use. This includes, for example, defects in mechanical parts (gas lift, rollers, armrest mechanics) or in the frame structure.
Yes, the warranty does not cover defects resulting from natural wear and tear, abrasion (e.g. fabric wear), misuse, accident, or unauthorized modification or repair of the product.

Original packaging is not mandatory for warranty claims, but is highly recommended as it ensures the safe return of the product. If you no longer have it, please ensure that the product is properly packaged and undamaged.
