Our products come with a 1-3 year statutory warranty, but many of our premium models also come with an extended manufacturer’s warranty of up to 5 years. You can find the exact warranty period on each product’s datasheet in the description.

The warranty covers defects in workmanship or materials that occur under normal use. This includes, for example, defects in mechanical parts (gas lift, rollers, armrest mechanics) or in the frame structure.

Yes, the warranty does not cover defects resulting from natural wear and tear, abrasion (e.g. fabric wear), misuse, accident, or unauthorized modification or repair of the product.

Original packaging is not mandatory for warranty claims, but is highly recommended as it ensures the safe return of the product. If you no longer have it, please ensure that the product is properly packaged and undamaged.
